Chase, our Senior Insurance Sales Agent, is a seasoned pro who specializes in customizing policies for individuals, families, and small businesses. Known for his attention to detail and expert knowledge, Chase works one-on-one with customers to ensure their policies fit their budget and lifestyle.

Dain, one of our licensed Insurance Sales Agents, brings strong listening skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset to every interaction. He’s great at walking customers through coverage options and helping them understand how to get the most value from their policy.

Sydney supports both the sales team and our digital efforts as our Sales & Social Media Coordinator. She assists with quotes and policy updates while managing our social channels, where she shares helpful tips, company updates, and behind-the-scenes moments from our Boardman office.

With a passion for small business and a background in marketing and insurance, Ryan founded Youngstown Insurance Agency with one goal in mind: to provide the best GEICO insurance experience in Ohio. Ryan is a licensed insurance agent and active leader in the agency, focused on building a culture rooted in customer service, local connection, and continual growth. He brings years of experience in the insurance and digital marketing space, helping ensure that YIA not only delivers on customer expectations, but exceeds them.
